Job Description: We are searching for an experienced 3D Motion Designer with a knack for creating dynamic, eye-catching visual effects. As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating high-quality 3D motion graphics and animations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, a deep understanding of 3D software such as Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Houdini, and proficiency in Adobe After Effects. They will also demonstrate an ability to produce content efficiently and effectively, even when pressed for time. Strong commercial experience or an outstanding portfolio is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for the project.
- Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphic design.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Houdini, or similar.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Strong graphic design skills, including a solid understanding of color, composition, and typography.
- Proven experience in motion graphics and animation, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Experience in optimizing production processes, such as reducing rendering times and improving asset reusability.
- A killer portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.
